Everyone knows Divorce can be a costly business, however in America they have started crowdfunding divorces in order to get that extra piece of financial help. Users of the crowd funding platform Plumfund can now launch a fundraiser in the new Divorce section of the platform.

At the time of writing there are over 50 people raising funds for their divorce including Emma who has so far reached $120 out of her $5000 goal. Emma was caught off guard when her husband of six years filed for divorce and has been left locked out of her home and left homeless for a week. So far Emma has four supporters and has updated her crowd funding page four times giving updates on how things have progressed.
